We’re excited to announce that beginning in November of 2023, J29 will begin a new service line offering a comprehensive suite of Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance services. J29 will leverage its corporate contractor experience in MSP in addition to a combined 50+ years of collective MSP experience of our team. Led by Shawn Deane, our General Counsel and industry leader, J29 is now providing various Medicare Set Aside (MSA) and cost projection offerings, CMS submission services, conditional payment and lien resolution and Section 111 audit and overall compliance consulting. J29 will leverage its experience reviewing and pricing of MSAs as a former subcontractor with the Workers’ Compensation Review Contractor (WCRC) where J29’s clinical review team provided direct support in evaluating and pricing out future medical cost for thousands of beneficiaries.
