Millersville, MD – J29, Inc. (J29) is proud to recognize Elizabeth (Beth) Rogness, J29’s Proposal Director, for being selected as a FORUM Foundation Award winner. This inaugural award, from FORUM, honors the unsung heroes of government contracting – the professionals whose behind-the-scenes contributions are essential to organizational success and mission delivery.

The FORUM Foundation Awards were established to spotlight professionals, coordinators, proposal leaders, and support staff who consistently demonstrate excellence, reliability, and leadership in the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry. Beth was selected for her outstanding commitment to proposal excellence, operational rigor, and her ability to manage complex, high‑stakes efforts with precision and care.

In her role as Proposal Director at J29, Beth plays a critical role in guiding the J29’s growth strategy and competitive positioning specifically through our proposal efforts. She leads and coordinates multi‑disciplinary teams through demanding proposal timelines, ensures compliance with federal requirements, and brings structure, clarity, and momentum to some of J29’s most important proposals. Her work is foundational to J29’s ability to support health and human service programs and deliver high‑quality claims, records, audits, and data solutions to government clients.

Beth’s attention to detail, leadership, and reliability set the standard for proposal quality at J29. This award validates Beth’s excellence at J29, which has led to three impactful J29 prime contract wins in the past year. She is a trusted leader who plays a critical role in early stage growth conversations, strategy development, and our overall proposal success,” said Nick Vass, President of J29.

Beth will be formally recognized as a FORUM Foundation Award winner at the FORUM Foundation Awards Ceremony in May 2026 in Tysons, Virginia. The ceremony brings together leaders from across the government contracting community to honor professionals whose work is foundational to mission success.

Beth sets the standard for what excellence looks like. On behalf of the entire growth team, we send Beth best wishes on her industry recognition,” said Dion Trahan, J29’s Vice President of Growth.

Congratulations, Beth, from all of us at J29.
