J29 was honored to once again sponsor Kids Smiles’ “Smiles & Swings” Golf Outing at Top Golf in King of Prussia, PA—a fun and impactful evening dedicated to supporting dental care for underserved children in the Philadelphia area.

Kids Smiles has been a beacon of hope for families across the region, providing essential oral health services and education to children who need it most. J29 is proud to stand behind their mission, and this marks our second consecutive year sponsoring the event.

Among the attendees were J29 team members Amber Dietrich, Sarah Tonelli, and Julia Ray, who joined a vibrant community of dental professionals and supporters for a night filled with food, drinks, golf lessons from a pro, and most importantly—purpose.

For Sarah Tonelli, J29’s Director of People Operations, the connection to Kids Smiles runs deep. She has been involved with the organization for over a decade, first as an employee and now as a dedicated supporter and member of the fundraising committee.

“Kids Smiles has always held a special place in my heart,” said Tonelli. “Their commitment to ensuring every child has access to quality dental care is not only inspiring—it’s essential. I’m proud to be part of an organization like J29 that shares those values and continues to support this mission year after year.”

The Impact of Kids Smiles

Kids Smiles operates three dental centers in Philadelphia, serving more than 19,000 children annually. Their outreach extends to over 200 schools, daycare centers, and Head Start programs, where they provide free dental screenings and oral health education. [delcofoundation.org] [www.ncqa.org]

In 2024 alone, their outreach hygienist screened over 3,000 children in schools and early learning centers. Their clinical team treats over 600 children per week, offering services such as cleanings, exams, sealants, fillings, and even root canal treatments. [kidssmiles.org] [www.kidssmiles.org]

Kids Smiles also ensures accessibility by serving a patient base where 90% are insured through Medicaid, and they actively help uninsured families navigate coverage options. Their inclusive approach earned them the NCQA Health Equity Accreditation, recognizing their commitment to equitable care. [delcofoundation.org] [www.ncqa.org]

J29 is proud to support Kids Smiles and their mission to bring healthy smiles to every child. Events like “Smiles & Swings” remind us that community partnerships can make a real difference—and we’re grateful to be part of that impact.
