J29 Inc. was named this week on the INC. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America, being ranked as the 606th company out of 5,000. The INC. 5000 recognition highlights J29’s year-over-year growth, supported by a 972% growth percentage over the past three years. With this being the first time that J29 was eligible to be ranked by INC. 5000, J29 was recognized as the INC. 13th fastest growing company in the State of Maryland, 3rd in the Baltimore-Columbia-Towson jurisdiction, and 13th overall in the services category of ‘Government Services’.
J29’s growth is highlighted by four recent prime contract wins in the past year, two with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), one with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and one with the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange. These contract wins, in addition to the expansion of J29’s subcontracting efforts, have resulted in a 209% headcount growth in the last 12 months, and a nearly 1,600% headcount growth from three years ago in 2020.
