J29 Awarded #19 on ‘Top Workplace’ Rankings by The Baltimore Sun for 2025

We are thrilled to announce that J29 was recognized as a Top Workplace by The Baltimore Sun for 2025! Out of nearly 200 employers, J29 ranked #19 on the list of highest scoring employee survey results associated with various scoring metrics on company culture and employee satisfaction. This honor is especially meaningful because it is based entirely on direct, anonymous feedback from our team members across the company. Their voices and experiences shaped this achievement, making it a true reflection of the culture we’ve built together.

The award ceremony was held on December 3rd, 2025, at the Grand Lodge of Maryland. Representing J29 at the event were Sarah Tonelli, J29’s Director of People Operations, and Julia Ray, J29’s Talent Acquisition Coordinator, who had a wonderful time celebrating this milestone alongside other outstanding organizations across the State of Maryland.
