This award not only recognizes our employees’ dedication to our work, but also highlights J29’s commitment to valuing its employees and creating a people-centric workplace. Employees from honored companies were surveyed from a third-party company that held the results anonymously. The awards are based solely on employee survey feedback and represent only the organizations that score high enough.

Since J29’s inception in 2017, CEO and Founder Tracy Mills has strived to create a workplace where our employees feel valued, appreciated, supported, and cared for. “We have received many awards related to business growth, revenue increases, and client delivery satisfaction over the years, but this award is truly the most meaningful to us. This award validates the vision and mission that Tracy set for J29 in 2017 and we are proud to see our culture recognized at our size of 240 employees,” said Nick Vass, President of J29.
